At Manik Properties, we carry forward a legacy of trust, excellence, and expertise in the real estate market. Founded in the 1970s by Sardar Surinder Singh under the name Sardar Estate Agency, we became a cornerstone of the property business in the Mayapuri Industrial Area.
In due course, Surinder Singh’s son, Manik Singh Arora, joined the business and expanded it by establishing Manik Properties. After the unfortunate demise of Sardar Surinder Singh, Manik Singh Arora honored his father’s vision and commitment by continuing the business under the Manik Properties name.
